Rivendell Care was founded with a deeply personal vision, inspired by a moment that changed the course of its founder Joshua’s life. Watching his grandfather live with dementia, Joshua saw firsthand how the right kind of care could make all the difference. Though the care company providing services to his grandfather was far from exceptional, one particular carer stood out. Her warmth, patience, and genuine kindness transformed his grandfather’s mood and well-being in ways that no corporate structure or checklist ever could. Witnessing this, Joshua realized that quality care was not just about protocols but about people—those with big hearts and an unwavering commitment to making a difference. This realization led him to establish Rivendell Care, a company built on the belief that care should be deeply personal, compassionate, and driven by human connection.
