What Do Our Costs Include?
Depending on the care package, it is common for two carers to be supporting one service user (rotating every couple of weeks) to ensure the very highest level of care and familiar back-up “on call” assistance. Our aim is to keep the team as small as possible in order to retain consistency whilst building strong companionship.
Additionally available is the extended team of carers available on a temporary basis covering sickness and holidays. Our clients never go without receiving the level of care they require, and any temporary care is included in the live in care costs.
We provide a holistic approach to care. It’s tailored entirely around the needs of the individual.
Our carers work alongside registered general nurses and doctors to deliver an on-going assessment of the care package. This allows for adjustments to be made when appropriate, and support to be delivered to the very highest standards.
All of our live in care costs are inclusive and transparent with no hidden extras.
The entire care process is managed by us, allowing you or your loved one to focus on the important things such as leading an independent life, whilst we look after PAYE, sick pay, insurance, providing care training, and much more.
